Shipping & Delivery
Items are sent out by UPS or Shipwire carrier; for insurance purposes a signature will be required on receipt of your delivery, however you can give authority when ordering, for the item to be left at your risk. Goods should be received in the stated time frame estimated at three to ten days.
Items are delivered FOC to states other than Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshall Islands, Hawaii and Alaska (where carriage costs will be given at the checkout stage)
We try to send orders out as quickly as we can, if for any reason we have any problem with your order we will contact you via e-mail.If you need to enquire about any aspect of your order please either e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or ring the shop on 1-866-201-0040 (we are open Mon -Sat 8.00am-5.00pm)
We can deliver to any address (eg work etc). It is possible to specify the day you require delivery; simply note this when placing the order
The maximum period for delivery of stock items would be 14 days, unless specifically agreed with the customer.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

Returns & Replacements
Return of goods policy: Goods can be returned for a full refund (including delivery costs) if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched within 14 days of receipt of goods. If you require to do this please e-mail with details of the fault or ring the shop on 1-866-201-0040 refunds will be made for qualifying goods within ten days of receipt of returns.
If the goods have been dispatched as ordered but are unwanted they can be returned to us within 3 months of the purchase order for repayment or exchange. Any delivery charges incurred are non –repayable. The goods must be unused, have their original packaging and labelling, and be accompanied by the original delivery note. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the original purchase will be credited for the amount due.
We get authorisation from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Your card will be debited for goods that are in stock and ready for dispatch. Goods are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this via e-mail or post as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
Out of Stock: In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock you will be contacted via e- mail or post and given the option of holding the item on back order or cancelling your order.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exceptions:
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods you will receive a full refund.
Method of payment: You can pay by Visa, Master Card, Switch, Maestro& Electron through the website or cheque or postal order via post. When paying by card it is imperative that you provide the cardholder’s name as it appears on the card, and address of the cardholder as it appears on the statement. No responsibility can be taken by the Firesideshop Shop for incorrect or incomplete details submitted on the website. Orders without this information will not be successfully processed. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted in all cases.
How to order: All orders can be placed online through the website. Please do not e-mail your card details. No responsibility can be taken for the security of your details if given this way. All orders subject to availability.
